explanation:

the Sioux language is very basic and simple and relates to practical matters. the Sioux don't really have a concept of time ... there is the time of the hunt, and the time of the seasons, and the time to die, but they do not have 'time' like we think of time. In English, we have this saying "Indian time" because time has no meaning for them ... they come and go when they want, so if you are late, that is 'Indian time.' pepper spices up life, but it can also be too much sometimes, and time is like this too. there are good, and bad times and some like it more than others, but it is what it is.
