for Junghanns, + (cross) also symbolises interface. in this case, the interface (+) is initiated with 3 people and 3 languages, then expanded to include 21 people, each with a different cultural self-awareness. one second of video footage comprises 25 frames. new encounters, experiences and interpretations are created and communicated in form of artistic expression.     Encounter / Transformation / Process   these 3 words are the main point of the conception.   Claude Sinte is responsible for liaison, inviting and selecting the 21 foreign artists.         next: Process back     © 2003 Rainer Junghanns
